Well, our house in Cincinnati has been on the market for two weeks. We've really had great traffic and even a very sucessful open house, but no offer...yet. I'm slowly getting used to the show-ready thing, but it amazing how my desire to be super neat and tidy is ruined when it's not my own motivation. But, the house will sell...eventually...or we'll take the buy out.
On a different note, we are currently in Minneapolis for our house hunt!! Yesterday we saw 11 houses and only one made the possibility list. Not doing to good! Hoping for a better day today. And, I have to admit that I am not impressed. I am not impressed with suburbia, the style of houses or the area. Not that the area isn't 'nice,' it's just not my preference. It basically looks just like any suburb in any city in any part of the country. How blah!! But, I'm going to be optimistic and we are actually looking in a different suburb today. Fingers crossed!!
We did, however, have a great dinner last night with the guy Robert is replacing. He was super nice!
